Negatives: Although i booked a room and had a confirmation number, the front desk attendant informed me the have negative two rooms available. With no rooms available, i had to begin search for accommodations anew, after a 12+ hour day of travel. How is it in this day and age that booking a room with confirmation doesn't mean that you'll get a room? This is the second time i know of this occuring with booking.com. Unacceptable, and i won't continue using this service.

Negatives: Staff at this place isn't too friendly- with the exception of Katie, she was quite friendly and understanding. But beyond that, they were extremely rude, and disrespectful. My room was mostly clean but the table tops had something splattered all over them that I don't think I want to know what it was, as well as the walls. And there was white streaky substance all over the chair upon check-in
