Negatives: Room 302 had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The front desk said maintenance had gone home & that we could move to another room . We didn’t want to move since we gad been driving all day & had just unpacked. So he said we could get a credit on the account go our trouble. THAT CREDIT DID Not happen. My husband did manage to figure out the issue & get the toilet to work

Positives: EVERYTHING about the place was PERFECT! We stayed on the 4th floor and the bed was so soft & comfortable & room was so quiet, it felt like I was in "heaven". It was very peaceful. Toby at the front desk checking in made it quick & seamless & told us the Pool & Spa are open 24 hours! I never made it to the Pool or Spa because I didn't want to get out of bed!

Positives: The various people at the front desk were nice and friendly. However the breakfast area person not-so-much.

Negatives: There were no light bulbs in the lamp next to the bed, but the staff took care of that when I asked.... The cabinet door where the refrigerator is would not close... The pin in the tub for turning on the shower was extremely difficult to pull in and out... The shower drained very slowly and filled with water while I was showering..... The breakfast bar was not kept up. The eggs were almost gone and what was there was dry and never refilled. However, other items that went empty were eventually refilled. The tables were dirty and I had to clean one myself. I asked the girl who did the breakfast restocking about getting more waffle batter and she shot me a dirty look, but she eventually got more.... The pool looked like it needed cleaning.
