Room was outdated. Mini refrigerator door did not close properly. Found a prescription pill on the floor under the vanity in the washroom along with some black hair (I'm blonde) makes me wonder how well this room was cleaned.

Easy location and good stop while travelling.
Negatives:
The desk couldn't find the Bookings reservation at had made online, despite my email and confirmation number.
She rebooked me a room at a substantial increase of price.
The hotel was lacking good cleaning. Not that things weren't wiped down or washed...but like carpets all needed good vacuuming, and corners and behind doors and tables definately neglected. Elevator super dirty.

Given a room with people things in it.
Mold around tub and ceiling.
Holes where the towel rack should have been.
No chair or couch like pictures showed to sit and read in like we were planning on.
Staff were more interested in each other than waiting on customer's.

great location of the room, big bed, nice amenities, and breakfast was good
Negatives:
bathroom vanity had a dim bulb and a bulb that was burned out. I could not find a fan to vent away the steam from showers. Floor trim around the bathroom and toilet were very dirty, running a damp towel around those areas revealed a lot of dirt/debris. Desk had debris. Outside bathroom vanity had to burnt out bulbs. very strong chlorine smell in the room when I arrived. I could not get the heater and fan to work appropriately
