Balcony was nice. But could use chairs. The outside side sink was nice. The bathroom door did not lock. The main door was kind of ware out. Didn't feel very safe.

Fix the hole in the ceiling above the shower. It had black mold.
Mop the floors in the rooms. Our socks were black after just walking around the room for a little while.

very convenient location, it was clean, even though it was an older hotel. It had been updated in the rooms, bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner in our room did not work very well, we were able to leave the door to outside open, but it was kind of noisy at night outside

The room wasn’t clean. The floor hasn’t been mopped in God only knows. There was no hot water pressure, we had to take cold showers. The tv cut off in the middle of movies. The police were called at least twice on our first night. The parking lot had homeless people sleeping in it. The staff was cordial at best. The outside hasn’t been cleaned up since the ground thawed. Someone tried to enter our room. There was no carpet in the halls. There’s mold in the showers and the food don’t last for the continental breakfast. i suspect because anyone was allowed to eat it even if they weren’t staying in the hotel. The paint is peeling EVERYWHERE. The door to the patio in our room doesn’t lock. Did I mention that the police were here EVERY SINGLE DAY of our stay.

We were in town for the basketball tournament and it was less than a mile away and easy to get to. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. It suited our needs and was a good value.
Negatives:
The property was a bit dated, but our room had been updated. There wasn't enough staff available in the breakfast area and the poor lady couldn't keep up with cleaning and restocking. The coffee bar was usually a mess since people can't seem to clean up after themselves.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature settings in the shower were great. The price was just right too especially on a busy weekend.

We were out quite late and when we returned we wanted a snack. The front desk shop was so expensive. $3 for ONE cup of noodle.
