My favorite thing was the balcony, the beds were very comfortable, and clean. it was very quiet, the cleaning staff was awsome as well, they took care of us for the 4 days we were there. I appreciate them lady's.
Negatives:
The one thing that I didn't like was that underneath the beds were very dirty you could tell they never get moped and I had to get my key card that fell behind the entertainment center and back there was also very dirty tons of different items were back there as well as dust dirt ect.

Upon arrival there was a dirty wrapped up condom under one of the beds, the wall had weird stains on it, the shower didn't train, hot tub was closed and the halls/lobby were dirty.

This “ hotel” is disgusting! It smells of cigarettes and body odour.
The rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything from every room.
Our room and NO HEAT! the thermostat was mounted sideways and there was no dial. It was freezing.
The entire place is outdated and sad and feels unsafe.
Apparently this *hotel* is used as a homeless shelter/ halfway house.
The back of the property is loaded with presumably stolen bikes.
Stay far far far away from this place. It is so bad. Just terrible.

The location was great. The size of the room was just right. The pool and hot tub were excellent to have. I thought it was an excellent value for the money. Staff was excellent!! I liked being about to buy snacks and wine downstairs. Coffee was always available in the lobby. The breakfast was good also.
Negatives:
The entire property is very dated. It really needs complete update including rooms, hallway rugs and wallpaper. The workout room have missing dumbbells which was annoying.

I loved the fact that we didn’t have to wait until 3:00pm to check in, she got us in when we arrived. Staff were all so kind and accommodated to my family and I’s needs. Helped us with taxi services and made us feel welcome! The beds and pillows were so comfortable! My family and I loved the big smart tv, heat light in the bathroom, and the fact there were two separate sink/mirror areas for us to separately get ready in!
