The size of the room was decent.

We stayed at the hotel 2 times, June 3rd and June 10th. On June 3rd, the front desk person couldn't find our reservation and didn't seen to know what she was doing. On June 10th the front desk person seem to be even bothered to have to stand up from sitting in the back to come help us check in. They were short staffed and we had to come to the front desk if we needed something, and the person at the front desk just seemed bothered by easy requests. ....TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. They were short staffed. The pool and jacuzzi areas were dirty. The pool was was freezing! The pool towels were so small, they could barely cover my toddler. The tub in the room wasn't draining fast enough and the water just pilled up when we took showers. So gross. The breakfast selections were awful too.
