Negatives: In all the rooms I've stayed in over the years this was the worst, toilet seat was broken, carpeting had been removed and not replace, a room at motel 6 for half the money, would've been twice the room. Negatives: Booked specifically a hotel with a restaurant. Their restaurant is closed on Sundays because it's connected to their bar? Received a communication from the hotel a few hours before check-in (past cancelation time limit) stating they had limited services regarding food service, pool use and guest services. This should be communicated sooner or advertised amenities should be changed to bring current

Positives: Front desk clerk was friendly. Room was large and the heater/ac had many options compared to others I've seen while vacationing.

Negatives: The pillows weren't very comfortable, but we made them work. The shower head in our bathroom probably should be replaced. We tried watching a movie on the Free Showtime app on the TV, but 15 minutes in it disconnected and we were unable to continue the movie.
