Area behind first floor rooms open to people wandering (which someone did and stood outside our room on the phone), makes it very uncomfortable Room was quite small We had 2nd floor room, but due to no elevator, we switched since my husband has a hard time with stairs

Positives:
When I checked in I gave them a different credit card, used for tax purposes. They took the number, i did the transaction, it came up on the original card. This causes a lot if problems juggling the expenses.
The beds were very lumpy, hard to get comfortable. The toilet was loose on the floor. Room was painted so dark it gave a gloomy feeling.
Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment also.
