Lady at the front desk was nice

Not handicap friendly manager was supposed to fix the lift to get my wife in the hot tub never did!!!! That was the whole reason we stayed there was to swim on our anniversary but due to poor management that never happened,would like a refund but that is unlikely to happen as well.I will be contacting the state inspector so they will be paying them a visit. Very unhappy with this hotel 225.00 dollars for one night and we couldn't even use the facilities

We called the hotel hours before check in after the hospital released me. I felt so unwell and just wanted a bed. The staff bent over backwards to help us. We checked before noon at no extra cost. They checked in on me to see how I was going. They were honestly amazing. I couldn’t wish for better or ask for more.
Negatives:
The room was slightly tired but it wasn’t a dislike at all. It suited us perfectly. I think it’s in the middle of a renovation. Don’t let that put you off.
