Positives:
There was only one thing that I liked and that was the view of the mountains and the lake or pond not sure which that was but the mountains were beautiful.
Negatives:
The pictures do not meet the reality. They somehow make that place seem a lot nicer than it really is. It is run down and and very outdated. They were out of everything. The price range does not meet the class of hotel. They need to do better! Way way better! I felt like I got robbed.

Awesome staff all around. They were very busy with a convention but kept great energy and positivity when dealing with everyone.
Negatives:
No TBS on the TV. Very minor thing.
Positives:
The location was amazing. Room was clean and quiet. But most importantly, the staff are friendly and honest. My son left his wallet in the room and they contacted us and are mailing the wallet back to us with all the cash inside. I dont feel like you find many honest people like this. (They contacted us before we even realized it wasnt with us.)
Negatives:
Honestly, the pillows were tiny. We did talk to the front desk guy and he gave us another one and was very apologetic. The pillows were the absolute only complaint.

Old worn out hotel. They've done some updates. But overall we were very disappointed. The photos were either very old or very selective in avoiding the negatives of the hotel.
