Positives:
This is an old two story motel doing the best they can with what they have. Our non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke when we arrived but the place was full so there was no moving. The rest was functional and we had a mostly comfortable quiet nights sleep. The office staff was friendly and helpful when extra blankets were needed.
Negatives:
Parking was limited and overflow areas not marked at all. So only half the cars that could have fit did.

The staff were great. The location was close to Ashton, which was our destination.
Negatives:
It's an old motel, not a lot of amenities. Old worn out bathtub and bathroom area. Breakfast wasn't served until 7:30 which is very late compared to other motels offering continental breakfast. No meat was served with the breakfast, and no bread selection.
