Housekeeping and Staff.
Property was dilapidated , in disrepair, and smelled bad. Felt unsafe.
Staff at front desk check in were pleasant. Hotel is close to stores and resturants.
Rooms are very old and need to be updated. The bathrooms were old and need better, mildew free grouting. Linen was
dirty in one of my friends room. Had to call for attendant to change them.

Restroom was accessible. Bath products were very nice. Air conditioner worked really well. The room was quiet.
I left very early, so didn't try the breakfast.
Facility needs more care. The hallway carpets were grungy, definitely needed a good cleaning. The dresser was missing a drawer front. One of the lampshades was broken. The bottom sheet was torn on the side of the mattress. The seat of the side chair was stained. AND there wasn't a single cup or glass in the room, not paper or plastic.
The entire places smelled horrible. The refrigerator in my room had some old weird food in it and if smelled even worse then the hallway. They did not clean the room. The door looked like someone tried to jimmy the lock. The only bedding was a the sheets and a duvet cover, not even a comforter in it. Nothing. When I arrived they asked for a card on file witch I provided. Then they charged me twice!! I paid for it when I booked online and then they did it again at check-in. Now I can't get ahold of the manager to find out what to do about the funds. No call back, would not speak to me when I was there. Nothing. They told me after I booked it that the pool and restaurant were both closed. And the floor and chair in the room were actually sticky.

Better price than most , but high for the condition. End of summer, thought prices were really high everywhere.
no towels, had to ask for them. Bushes obstructing view to exit parking lot. Guys pressure washing as we were coming up to enter, wet pavement. Needs updating. No coffee in room.
Would not advise this hotel to anyone. Stained carpet in hallways, dirty linen. It looked like shelter for homeless. Big disappointment. Checked out in two hours after checking in. Moved to another hotel.
I had to go buy pillows, blankets, sheets. It was filthy. Hair on the sheets, untucked, hair in the sink, the pillows, all 4, had yellow sweat stains. I have traveled the world to 14 different countries and this was ultimately disgusting. I knew it said 3 out of 5 but this was gross. I travel a lot and I tend to use Red Lion. Not again! The fact that there was no bathroom soap and nasty used sheets that we had to pay and stay and then go buy clean is not acceptable. I have never done that.
