I had to check out on Friday because the hotel was too smoky smell like marijuana and cigarette smoke. I asked for a refund for Saturday since I was checking out Friday and they were not granted can you please look into this for me. I had young kids.

1)I was there a week and they cleaned the room twice 2)Never brought clean towels 3)Heater didnt work 4)Roof in hallway falling apart 5)Water presure was horrible 6)When we complained they said it doeant matter we were leaving anyways.

It was nice and quiet, staff was very friendly, and the price was very reasonable.

It wouldve been nice to have had a microwave and a little refrigerator in the room. I was also informed when I arrived at the hotel that I would need to pay an extra refundable $100 deposit I wish that had been stated more clearly upfront.

Bed was comfortable & sheets were clean at the least.

We arrived early & was made to sleep in the car for 2 hours with 3 kids & 3 adults because it wasn't "the early check in time" tho there was plenty rooms available @7a when we were aloud to check in & was charged an extra fee, which is whatever at this point but it would have been nice to just simply been let in @5a instead of being made to sleep in the car for 2hours after an 8hr drive. Definitely won't be back.

Staff very friendly easy check in and accommodated me reservations for an early arrival. She also fixed a wrong reservation room very understanding staff. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

I don't really understand why the rating is low. This place is awesome for the price range. Clean rooms, no unpleasant odors like other inns inthis category, helpful staff, more than decent breakfast. Coffee is crap, but that's an American thing. Being close to O'Hare airport, the clients are very international. They also offer long term parking, great option for your travel. I booked parking with SpotHero. Proximity to both downtown and the airport make it a great choice. If you don't want to spend more, this is your best bet.
