The manager Debbie was fabulous in taking care of us after it was discovered that the Courtyard facility wasn't the type of accommodations we needed and transferred us to the Residence facility. The accommodations there were great as we had a full-sized fridge for our food and insulin, a bathtub for my husband to use, the breakfast buffet was on site and laundry facilities. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Debbie checked in on us a few days later to make sure everything was going well for us, and it was. The manager Debbie told us that the Courtyard was styled more for business travelers and not for general traveling public with a few special needs and was able to help us move to a better suited place, very thankful for her stepping in to help us. I am thankful for the education/information from Debbie which will help me in the future.
Negatives:
When I made this reservation for 10 day stay, the web site showed there was breakfast on site, so I booked the room. However, when I was told I had to pay to park in the hotel's parking lot, I had to pay for breakfast or walk across 2 parking lots to partake in the breakfast buffet at the neighboring hotel, there was no bathtub for my husband to use, we had a difficult time getting around in the room with our luggage because the room was small.

Beautiful room, look of comfort and quality. Peaceful and relaxing. Our son lives 2 miles away so when we visit again we will definitely stay here.

They publicize that breakfast is included would charge you as well but then nothing is there plus the staff gives you vibes as if they’re obligingly giving us food and the house keeping staff also didn’t come to our room or change towels until we went at 1am after returning and asking
