Ok if you just passing...
Positives:
There wasn't much to like about this hotel, other than the location. It's near some restaurants and very close to the interstate. It seemed clean enough for the most part, but that's about the extent of the positives.
Negatives:
This place has weekly rates for the locals, and some seedy characters hanging around. My room had portions of the ceiling paint falling onto the bed and the floor. Breakfast was extremely minimal with juice, a few bowls of cereal, and a few bagels. I had to wait 10 minutes before checking in, and it seemed as though the desk staff was often busy running around doing tasks across the grounds. Also, he was difficult to understand. My understanding from talking to one of the weekly tenants was that the place was partly under renovation, and better than before, but it still has some work to be done.
