When checked in, handed room key and just said "here you go". Had to ask best way to get to room. No direction given, no info at all given like complimentary breakfast? Bar closed?

The room was dirty. The fridge was filthy. All the handles on the cupboards were greasy and had fingerprints. The heat did not work in one of the rooms and it was 6 degrees that night. The furniture was very worn and even torn, in some places.

My 4 kids were disappointed that the pool was not open.
Maybe list all kitchen supplies provided in the suite, there is only the bare minimum.
I would have brought some things from home, instead we had to buy some stuff(foil pans for oven) to make a meal.
