. Front desk staff was helpful in solving the problems we had when the reservation did not indicate that we had prepaid for the stay. Upon showing her our receipt she allowed us to access the room, but we did not have internet service because we were not “officially” there. She continued to work to solve the problem and notified us when we became properly registered guests and could access the internet.
Negatives:
The room was small and dark. The kitchen area was especially run down looking with trim work missing and poorly patched caulking around kitchen counters. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, especially along the wall behind the door. It’s as if the bathroom was cleaned with the door open and no one checked to clean behind it. There was no hair dryer in the room, but one was provided when we requested it.
