Positives:
Beautiful property. Felt very historic.
Negatives:
No coffee maker in the room!!! Need better quick service food options. Grab and go food is literally a small cabinet with limited options. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and it was a little pricey.

More than my expectations
Positives:
Location is ideal. Staff was professional and helpful. Room and lobby very clean. The bed was quite comfortable.
Negatives:
I prefer walk-in showers to climbing over a tub. Both valet and parking across the street are too expensive.
Review
Delightful
Positives:
Location, location, location.
Negatives:
Room decor was weird and stark. Odd furniture and art. Lumpy, thin mattress. Had to talk with front desk three times to get correct room rate.
Review
Disappointing.
Positives:
Phantastic location
Negatives:
Parking for 62 USD per day or 42 USD per night in the only available parking nearby. This Hotel is more suitable without car. With car better stay further out where prices and parking is cheaper.
The Hotel is very expensive (~300 USD per night) but compares to an Asian 3 Star hotel. Rooms are already old, restaurant closes at 10pm, on the first day there was no room service...

Great location, but not suitable...

Positives:
Location.
Negatives:
Overpriced. The room could have been cleaner. The bed could have been comfortable and not so low on the floor. The shower curtain could have been cleaner and not sticking to our bodies while showering.

Superb
Positives:
Worst disappointment ever! Very expensive and really poor. I had researched this hotel and knowing that it has belonged to hotelier Ian Shrager as a Public hotel which in New York City is an incredible trendy design hotel with top quality, my hopes were high. But unfortunately the new management from Hyatt is the poorest. Old looking and dirty, smallest bathroom ever for a junior suite (and a stained bathtub). The room was big but not well kept and to make the experience even worse the breakfast was disastrous! Dark lounge room with a bar and an open cabinet with refrigerated snacks and drinks. Coffee on paper cups! You understand then self service concept but not for a five star room rate!
Negatives:
The building must have been a landmark and it has the potencial to be a really fancy hotel. But it fails in every aspect as described above! We had booked for 6 nights and left the next morning! What a relief to check in the Langham!
