The only thing favorable? The proximity to the lakefront.
Negatives:
The room was horrible. Bathroom looks like a jailhouse bathroom. The wifi was non-existent and the front desk expected me to walk downstairs and outside and across the parking lot. The room didnt have a safety bolt latch. The carpet is ICK. I checked out the next day and the lady at the front desk was extremely condescending.

I checked in my room noticed Black mold in shower immediately left room returned to front desk and reported issue and asked for refund talked with manager she stated when you guys called that she would waive cancellation fee HAVENT gotten refund yet!!!

The room was adequate for the price. The employee who checked me in was polite, professional, and efficient.
Negatives:
The other employees I I interacted with, saw interacting with other customers, weren't so great. It is a dated room - no USB charging points so take an adapter.
