Nice quiet place to stay
Positives:
The location is great, very central, most places are walking distance. Quick check in and check out. I loved the fact that we can access Elephant and Castle without having to exit the hotel, it is a great place to have food and drinks.

The filtered water stations and Nespresso machines were a great touch. There was also a yoga mat in the room, which I did not use, but thought was a nice touch. The Elephant and Castle attached at the lobby was also great. The staff at this property was very attentive and the text feature was very helpful.

-Shower is extremely small that you feel that you cannot even move
-The room in general is small
-The A/C / Heater is controlled by the tower so you cannot set a temperature for your room. It becomes super hot during the night.

Nearest parking lot was 4 blocks away and expensive. I'm disabled and can't walk that far especially down town chicago. Stop saying yall have parking even it's not on site
