Awesome breakfast, food quality, and service. Great location, walking distance to most places of interest or public transit services. Room was clean, beds were made every day, and the people working there were very kind. Special mention to the people at the front desk. They were really friendly and helpful. Price simply unbeatable.

We choose this location every year for the light festival, the location is great and it has all the amenities we need.
Negatives:
I don’t know what happened this time around but we had trouble getting into the room upon checking in due to the key board not functioning, that took 45 min to straighten out which resulted in the room being changed. Then we realized that we had no refrigerator or microwave in the new room and the room had a weird smell. Once that was taken care of we were okay.

Positives:
The staff was very friendly. Had an issue with my room and needed to be moved. Girl at front desk made it happen. The breakfast exceeded 'continental breakfast' expectations. Was impressive. Location is very good. Slept very well so the beds are really comfortable.
Negatives:
Better/Quicker response to my room issue - heater was not working and it was 62 degrees in the room. Had to call a handful of times to fully resolve my issue. Everyone but one person was very helpful.
