The staff at Hilton Chicago was great. Everyone was very helpful. The location was also prime. It's on a quiet part of Michigan avenue and within a 10 minute walk from a couple of L stops. Cabs line up outside. The lake is right across the park.
Negatives:
Our room wasn't clean. The beds had been made but the floor had not been vacuumed and there were the previous guests towels still in the bathroom. In the shower. The room was comfortable but it wasn't updated with USB ports or many outlets for charging phones
