No bar or restaurant which had not been advised in advance. Requested glasses to room which did not arrive. Requested coffee (ordinary and decaf) and sweetener. Got ordinary coffee but not decaf and got sugar instead of sweetener. Took 3 attempts to get what we had requested. Front of cupboard in kitchenette was loose and fell off on several of. Missing shower gel in shower.

Property is aging but cleanliness was really good. Staffs were communicating regularly and took care of our small requests. Bellmen were excellent and provided helpful information for food, shopping, etc.
Negatives:
Wish it was modernized, furniture were old and looked tired. Shower should have a handheld shower. Trashcan in the bath should have a lid.

The housekeeping attendant woke us up early on Saturday morning knocking on the door and walked right into our room again on Sunday without knocking. luckily I had the swing lock on the door or she would have walked right into our room without knocking or anything. It was strange and odd. The breakfast should be included.
