The room was large and very clean and tidy.
The bed was comfortable. Coffee maker was a welcome addition. The bathroom was very modern, clean and had all the ammenities required. The breakfast (additional payment) was excellent with a wide range of food choices.
Location of the hotel near to union Station was a deciding issue, but also the hotel is close to the Chicago Downtown.
