The desk staff were really helpful. I hosted a party at the rooftop next door and Shawn at the front desk was really helpful with letting me store my decorations and belongings as I had a lot of stuff. He allowed me an extra hour for checkout so I could gather everything and watched over as I loaded my car. Great service from him. Necye was also helpful with check in.

The room and view was good for a corner king room.

The property was alright but prepare yourself to pay $95 USD for valet parking per night. No underground parking and it gets very busy at night when dropping off the car at the front of valet. And when checking in the staff was very rude when checking in 2 hrs late.

Over I paid nearly $700 for 2 nights. No breakfast was included. The beds had food crumbs I didn’t get those sheets changed until the next day. The mini fridge was broke maintenance had to come bring a new one after 9:30pm. The phone was broke I was able to make calls but it was crack open. The ice machine was out of order on the 12th floor had to go all the way to the 1st floor. What put the icing on the cake was I went to breakfast with a guest from a different hotel and the lady stopped me at the door but let the white lady and her kids in.
