Parking was valet only and it was full the Saturday night we needed it. But parking garages were only a block away so not too big of an issue.

Two Night Stay in Chicago. We couldn't have chosen better. Attentive staff especially Jason. Wonderful and spacious suite with dining area, coffee machine, refrigerator, iron. Impeccable cleaning. The view of the city was the best. Free snacks until 7pm. There is a Happy Hour for food and drink.
Breakfast with many options.
Wonderful indoor pool, the water could be a little warmer, the Jacuzzi felt good as it was raining outside. In general, everything was wonderful. Congratulations
Negatives:
Something to think about. In an era where we think about the environment, at Happy Hours as well as at breakfast they could stop using disposable plastic plates, cups and cutlery. The Hilton Group should rethink this point in my opinion using non-disposable plates and cutlery

The air conditioning had several problems on my floor. The housekeeping was non satisfactory- didn’t take out trash nor did they come with towels and change the bed linens.
