The Reception Staff were very helpful,and friendly. I was early and they checked me in without a problem. There was a service person in the breakfast area named Annette. She was so nice and helpful. Smiling all the time.

I thought $58 to park in your garage overnight was a bit pricey.

The hotel is not able to offer us any reason to remove it from our top list! We'll come back here in the next trip to Chicago.

To be honest, I didn't like the weather in Chicago in these days. But it can be worse!
That means there is nothing to complain at the hotel!
