At the time of our visit there was only 1 elevator working. So waiting on an elevator took forever.

Only bad thing was that only two elevators serviced the entire hotel and often were very slow or packed full of people.

The breakfast was great, Wednesday's are fun and the rooms with the city view are nice, I also love the swimming pool.

The lobby was not vacuumed, the hallways of the hotel were not clean. Other guests were rude, valet was never around when we needed our car.

Checkin was quick&easy w/Kay,she was very nice. My family and I had a 3 day stay here. There were different options for breakfast, that was nice. Lacey was very attentive helpfulto our large group. The place clean. Valet service was fast.
