Positives: Room was great, feels more like a dorm (in a good way), by far the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in, service was great. Location was very close to the United Center (which is why we stayed).

Negatives: It was incredibly difficult to get food delivered.. Not the hotel's fault but that is why location isn't a big smiley face. A restaurant just a mile & a half away wouldn't deliver there. The Barn, while food was fine the service was not good & they automatically charged a 20% gratuity when the sign said 3%. The taco place around the corner couldn't understand my credit card number (I read off 5 times & on the 6th said forget it). The bar that was semi across the street was closed on a Friday night.. So we settled for Church's but walked there. Food was fine but they gave us ranch instead of the sauces we asked for & the gravy for potatoes was like water.

Negatives: The heater didn’t seem to work too well. Had it all the way up and it was still freezing.

Negatives: Room kinda gave off landlord special vibes. Paint chips everywhere along the floor and was missing a light fixture in the bathroom. Bathroom was incredibly small. Fine for one night, but not worth $178+.

Positives: I’m not sure her name, but the front desk woman was so kind to run out on the street with me and look for a free parking spot since their complimentary parking was full. We have stayed 2 times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our spot to see shows in the city! We’ll be back again soon
