Positives:
First off, Roberto , the manager, was a saint addressing my change in plans. Accommodating and understanding, truly a good person. Hotel parking was full but we found parking within 5-10 minutes which was okay as the weather was awesome. In the middle of winter , I don’t I’d feel the same way . Rooms were well appointed and clean.

Parking lot was full, while hotel was 100% full , I feel as if people staying there get first right of refusal.

No housekeeping. They promised tidying after two nights but they never came. We got our own replenished towels from housekeeping. No fridge or water bottles in room. Bed not that comfortable. Very low water pressure in shower. Limited sink counter space

I booked the room for the kitchen but housekeeping never came to collect my trash, had to ask twice on separate days for coffee refills in my room and hassle checking in.
