Location was excellent. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The first room I was in had a sewage smell in the bathroom that has made me sick before in another hotel. They had the engineer check on it and he couldn’t find anything but they did move me to another room. You can see the wear and tear on the hotel. Some of the decor and furniture needs updating and and refreshing. The carpet in the hallway floors was popping up.

The location is great, right close to most places in downtown Chicago (an Uber away). The room was comfortable and clean. They do not include breakfast just so you know

The staff was rude from the person providing information on parking to the front desk lady. The front desk black light skinned (chunky) lady was really rude. It was as if someone was forcing her to work there. She spoils the whole experience
