Positives: AMAZING customer service. We were there for a birthday weekend, and there was a birthday card and complimentary prosecco waiting for us in the room. I got a text from the gent who check us in 10 minutes after check-in, saying to ping him if we needed anything. AWESOME.

Positives: The spa tubs and bathrooms are lovely.

Negatives: There’s a lot of miscommunication between staff and the attached dining options and amenities. No one has a straight or consistent answer. I spent a lot on a spa room for a weekend getaway and none of their spa services were available because they have no staff for those positions. I’d tried getting an answer for weeks prior to coming and was finally told after checking in that it wasn’t an option. Would have stayed somewhere else.
