Negatives: Every thing fine. Only the view was not cool. And that our two rooms where on different levels was not very convenient
Positives: Antonio was amazing from start to finish as our the concierge. we never needed anything when he was around. the location and comfort of the bed/room was all 5 stars for the price! room size when compared to other top hotels in the area was just a no brainer! stay here for a great time in Chicago.
Great service at a great...
Positives: I did a staycation night with a few friends for my birthday. The front desk had a bottle of prosecco chilling once I got up to my room- it was such a lovely surprise gift! All interactions with staff were very friendly and pleasant. I loved the way the room was decorated and the brunch at Fisk and Co was delicious. It was also great that they had complimentary coffee and tea in the main lobby hallway. As we were waiting for our brunch we were able to have some coffee to tide us over!
Negatives: The only thing I can think of is that I asked for a phone charger (I left mine at home) and there weren’t any available.
Comfortable, friendly, superior service, delicious...
Positives: We loved the service we got. They catered to us and made us feel like family. My little one was so happy to see all of the workers and to interact with them. They made our first time visiting Chicago such a memorable one. Antonio the doorman was so helpful and the front desk workers were amazing! Such a friendly atmosphere recommend anyone to stay there

Positives: We stayed one night at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco and found it to be absolutely perfect. The staff is warm and welcoming, and accommodated our every need such as late checkout (we had a night flight). The rooms were great, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Chicago.
