Positives:
Location and rooms.
Negatives:
As per Booking.com, breakfast was included, but this was not strictly accurate. The hotel gave us a $32 credit per day for the hotel restaurant. We had to pay significantly more than that for a fairly simple breakfast each day.

Positives:
The location was great with proximity to the most popular sightseeing and the trip to United Center was easy with the proximity to the train. The service from the concierges was wonderful, they made you feel very welcome.
Negatives:
My recommendation would be NOT to pay for breakfast at this hotel. The information about the breakfast was very bad and we were duped. Our confirmation said that breakfast is included in the final price. This was not the case. There is no breakfast buffet, you order the breakfast from the adjacent restaurant's menu and you are apparently NOT paying for an entire breakfast but instead $32 per day (NOT PER PERSON) which is an actual joke. We were 3 people - in what world does a breakfast cost $10 per person at a hotel? If the confirmation had said "part of the breakfast is included in the final price" or something we would not have expected otherwise. But in this case it said that "breakfast is included in the final price" which it obviously wasn't AND we were asked to pay more at check out although we did not eat for more... And the service from the receptionist at check out was so bad, instead of seeing it for what it was - misinformation from their end - he insisted that we should pay EXTRA for breakfast we did not even eat. In the end we did not have to pay which we appreciated, but the fact that we had to get in an argument with the receptionist about it was so unnecessary if he had simply realized sooner that the fault was on them. We would have given a 10 to this hotel if it weren't for the misinformation and the service. Simply put - do not book breakfast via the hotel. You can eat there the days you feel like without worrying about you eating for more or less than the credit you have paid for through the hotel. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Antonio was amazing from start to finish as our the concierge. we never needed anything when he was around. the location and comfort of the bed/room was all 5 stars for the price! room size when compared to other top hotels in the area was just a no brainer! stay here for a great time in Chicago.

Positives:
I did a staycation night with a few friends for my birthday. The front desk had a bottle of prosecco chilling once I got up to my room- it was such a lovely surprise gift! All interactions with staff were very friendly and pleasant. I loved the way the room was decorated and the brunch at Fisk and Co was delicious. It was also great that they had complimentary coffee and tea in the main lobby hallway. As we were waiting for our brunch we were able to have some coffee to tide us over!
Negatives:
The only thing I can think of is that I asked for a phone charger (I left mine at home) and there weren’t any available.
