Parking is a disaster. No information was provided on the website. When we got to the check-in desk, no information was given about the cost of parking--just the address of the garage next door. When we got to the parking garage, we discovered that the cost was $18 for 12 hours, but $50 (!!!!!) for 24 hours. That's a ridiculous markup. The parking garage website assured us that they have "great validation agreements with all the downtown hotels," but when I asked at the desk, I was told the agreement was that I could charge the parking to my room for $60 a night. !!!!!!! Again--a ridiculous markup. I got online and found a garage less than five minutes' walk away for $25 for 24 hours. That is where we went. All this information needs to be made available to potential customers in advance.
