The staff at Moxy Chicago is like family now. I usually have things to do in the evening, but during the day when I'm there, I'm quite comfortable sitting the lobby reading and people-watching.

Location is probably the only thing good about this hotel.
Negatives:
Rooms are not comfortable and you can hear everything above and below your floor. Shower is basically inside your room and laminate flooring do not provide any sound buffer between floors.

Small room - quite 'stark'....perhaps they've taken their funky style (which is quite fun!) a bit too far by making the rooms so 'harsh'.
