Excellent customer service. Very clean rooms, they are on the smaller side but are still very practical and have a great view of the city. The tacos and drinks in the lobby are a welcome plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in a central place of Chicago. It was a great spot for us to meet this lovely city.

Location, lovely staff, reasonable price for the things you get in total, general vibe and the decoration of the hotel, it was fair enough clean, their complimentary cocktail offer

I was very unhappy about the room temperature and all the time I felt cold while sleeping, and even got sick.
- When I requested a duvet, I was told that they do not use any duvets in this hotel! It's ridiculous to hear that from a hotel especially in November when the temperature is 37 Fahrenheit (2-3 Celsius) at night in Chicago
- They told me that they can send blankets, and the blankets they brought were like sheet-thin and was not doing the job! I ended up sleeping 4 blankets over me!
- When I tried to make the room temp higher via aircon it was fixed to go at most 73fahrenheit (22.5 Celsius) which is lower than internationally accepted room temperature definition and was cold for me when I'm sick and even before that!
- Even in the first day there was only a blanket PUT on top of a duvet sheet - it was even not placed in the duvet sheet and was floating around when I was sleeping and it was dropping out of the bed, and I had to touch all these blankets regularly which I doubt if they are washed.
In general staff was very kind, very friendly, and trying to help but the duvet rules and bedding system in this hotel were ridiculous.
