In a prime location.
Negatives:
Multiple outlets didn't work, however maintenance was prompt and provided extension cords. Phones were old and prompted you to push certain buttons for front desk and housekeeping, however they did not work. Red wine stains on box spring, internet spotty.

The staff was extremely friendly, at the front desk and Ham the doorman both made my stay very welcoming and pleasant.
Negatives:
I liked everything about the hotel, except for my room location. I was placed near the service elevator shaft, which is quite noisy.

Perfect location in town, easy to get on and out Chicago downtown. Quiet. Exclusive. Great views. Wonderful rooms and bed. Tasteful decoration. Very friendly staff.

It was cleaning unlike the room, and it was big

Guess the elevator you go up one elevator get out and then you have to wait like 20 minutes I dont like that. Thats the only thing I didnt like.
Positives:
Location is ideal. Parking is $50/night with in-out privileges, which is fair for the area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Too few elevators for morning check out!

To most part the staff was very friendly. It was a very Beautiful place. I liked that we were down town.
Negatives:
The only problem I had was with the valet parking. We needed our car and had to ask for it 3 times one day

The staff was amazing. So friendly. Everyone we talked to. The same in the restaurant.
Negatives:
Yes. Waited 1 hr to check in along with a lobby of others. Requested a higher floor room only to be staring at a building. The size of the suite was very small. My teenage granddaughters TV kept flashing through the etched doors.
