Positives: The kitchenette is well equipped with utensils, 2 electric stove top, big microwave, big fridge and dish washing machine. Cooking is very convenient. The only thing I wish to have is a smoke vent. Greenway self park garage is connected to the hotel 2nd floor so it’s very convenient to park and carry baggage to check in. Breakfast has varieties and they switched some menus every day which is excellent. Room is well designed and spacious. Extra large king bed is very comfy. Laundry room on the 27th floor is convenient with 8-9 washing/dryer units and a coin exchange machine. Location is surrounded by restaurants and walking around and explore the heart of Chicago is very very easy.

Negatives: The shower door seal is not tightly sealed. Water leaks into dry area no matter what is the only problem we have.

Positives: the location was perfect for our “girls’” weekend. close to great restaurants and the Merchandise Mart. parking is very convenient, too. the bartender made some of the most creative drinks I’ve ever seen! staff is friendly and inviting. all in all I think I’ve found my Chicago “place”!
