- I got scammed by booking.com saying that the hotel included in-site parking, which was not true. I had to pay another $50 for parking that was 3 blocks farther. The manager of the hotel knew that was something common that happened to passengers, but still, he just blamed Booking.
- Worst shower I have ever experienced, I wish you could see the shower, it was like a DIY fix, there was no place to keep the shower head over your head, you had to receive the water from a waist height, and even then it wouldn't hold the position... what a gad joke.
- The breakfast room was full of flies, there were times were there was not coffee, creamer, or milk
- Cleaning was just okay, some of the kitchen appliances were not clean enough.
- Really bad pillows, like 2 feet of thickness

A dirty place with a...
Positives:
Nice room, basic breakfast, good location at far end of magnificent mile.
Negatives:
They charge deposit 100 usd per day ( not as stated in booking description - just 100 usd total per reservation) and hold it for almost two weeks. We stay at hotel from 5.11 til 10.11 and get back 500 usd just today 21.11.

Positives:
The location is convenient and a 5 minute or less walk to Michigan Avenue with shops and restaurants. We took public transit from the airport to the hotel and it took about 45 minutes with a short walk to the hotel (less than 10minutes).
Breakfast is included with our stay which we find very convenient. As we wanted a suite with two rooms and a kitchen, this hotel fulfilled our requirement as it is very spacious. The staff are helpful and responsive. We were also able to check in early without any extra charges so that was a bonus. As we were allocated a higher floor, we have a relatively nice view. I would recommend this hotel again if you are looking for a good location and value.
Negatives:
The drainage in our bathtub was very slow so it probably need some maintenance. The hot water in our sink takes a long time to heat up so we have to keep it running for quite a while to get hot water. One of the Television does not work in the double bedroom during our stay but it was not a big deal as there is one in the separate living room.
