Positives: The staff went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. The lady at the front desk knew I loved coffee so she made sure I had a coffee machine and coffee for the duration of my trip. Every time I went passed the front desk they always greeted me with a smile and wanted to make sure my needs were met. I would recommend this place to anyone and will defintely return.

Positives: The staff was incredible, especially Sarah at the front desk and Antwonne the concierge/parking attendant! They made us feel welcomed before we even arrived by sending messages and asking how they could set up our stay to make us comfortable. The entire hotel was spotless from top to bottom. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool and rooftop patio were beautiful, as was the lobby lounge and entrance patio - everything was just very well-thought-out and welcoming. They even loaned us umbrellas and bicycles! 10/10 - highly recommend!
