Negatives: Cleanliness is not up to par. The housekeepers do not clean well at all. Ive stayed at this hotel many times, and each time I have to clean and sanitize before I can settle in. Im truly over it.

Negatives: My jacuzzi room was broken, which is the only reason we book with you. This caused me to spend over an hour on the phone trying to sort out the cost. The pool was closed, so no joy there. The cereal was stale.
