Good news! Before Sunday, Sep 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Sep 29th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Sep 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Sep 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before 2024-09-28 11:59 PM. If cancelled after 2024-09-29 12:00 AM, 19 percent penalty will be charged. This booking is Non-refundable after 2024-09-30 12:00 AM.
