Location was good for what we were there to see and do.
Negatives:
Shower knob was missing, bathroom door would not latch. Garbage truck was banging dumpsters repeatedly at 2am. People were smoking pot and tobacco in the room above us and it was coming into our room through the bathroom ventilation. There were dead flies in the window and a hairball on the floor. I didn't expect much but it was less than what I hoped for.

There were like 15 dead Flys in one corner. All the corners of the walls had dirt. There was, what looked like blood or feces on the bathroom wall and behind the bathroom door.
