Between Wednesday, Dec 11th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: We liked that their was a kitchenette and good parking. We didn't have chairs in our room for the table but the staff got us a couple quickly.

Negatives: No crib or pack n play for our 2 year old. Top of fridge was dirty. Fan in bathroom didn't work. No toaster or coffee maker available and we could only get 1 bowl and 1 fork for 4 people. We were having a lot of trouble with our key working in the room door but worked fine on the outside door.
