After Tuesday, Sep 26th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: I like the full kitchen and ample space in the room.

Negatives: The first room smelled like cigar smoke but the staff was very reasonable and kind to switch me to a nicer smelling room. Breakfast was grab and go and more like a snack than a full breakfast, granola bar, yogurt, fruit , coffee or tea has to be made by you by requesting a maker and utensils at front desk. The location even though says airport is no where near the airport and is in a very secluded area not close to any shops or stores nor transit. Uber anywhere was a min of $30.

Negatives: The carpet floor in the gangway was terribly dirty and smelly. Needs to be replaced urgently. Disgusting. Wifi password was not working though it was my last name. I am pretty sure how to write my last name.
