Positives:
I have the Superior King Suite and the cleaning staff and Management have really done a great job at creating a clean and newer looking room. Every need is answered and my room is always super clean. I was shocked when I got my room! Super nice job!

Location is convenient - easy access to tollway. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The room smelled funny. I purchased febreze to help eliminate the smell. When I checked in, I was asked what day housekeeping should clean my room. They showed up one day early, and called me asking me to come get my cat so they could clean. I was at work, so they had to come back on my designated day. Seems like there is poor communication between front desk and staff.

Positives:
It was convenient because it was close to my graduation venue located at the NOW Arena. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep after a 19 hour drive but not so much the next 2 nights. The office attendant was very friendly.
Negatives:
The floor was filthy, like no one swept in days. It had a greasy feel to it like they used real hard wood floor cleaner at one point which made the filth feel even more gross, see picture. The tub and shower was so grimy. Staff is too lazy to clean it even they know it can be done because they cleaned a perfect square around the drain, see picture. At least the drain didn't clog when showering. They leave a tip envelope in the room with the staff name that cleaned the room. I never heard of such a thing when the hotel does not offer to go in at least to take out the trash having booked for 3 nights and embarrassing when the floor and bath area were not cleaned at all.
