Positives:
The staff was great, the rooms were what was expected for the area, However Management should be of BLAME an accountable for his staff , personnel, guests and have every thing under control in that motel 100% at all times! The place needs some respect a few touches up!
Negatives:
When you pull in to the parking lot——you get harassed or see people dealing or doing drugs!
The first thing you see when you walk to the front desk is no one! It’s definitely not attractive ———
The first person you speak to doesn’t speak English!
Customer is usually always right——in this case we didn’t get an explanation!
Under certain circumstances——I would understand but this one I 100 percent knew I was not guilty of any wrongdoing ! To be treated in that manner!
