I liked the room and it’s a lil fridge and kitchen in there the bathroom door was messed up it didn’t want to lock room 208 but other than that it’s coo , it’s decent

I reserved and paid for a room for 2 nights.When I got there they told me they were overbooked. I had just drove 4 hours and we had to sleep outside in the city of Chicago until I found a room the next day

Only thing I liked was the other desk attendants they all have great customer service skills.
Negatives:
The older manager has a complete attitude problem the way she handles business was very unpleasant and the way she speaks to you is very uncustomer service like I even heard her speak to someone on the phone in a very unprofessional like way and told whoever was on the other end they were a lier. She's very rude unlike everyone else that works there if she doesn't like he job she shouldn't do it. I left that hotel because of her and her attitude. Then after I left that hotel it was raided by the police.There was roaches in my room. And breakfast wasn't breakfast it was a grab and go snack. I wouldn't choose this place of stay again.
