Positives:
it being 10 minutes from the Riverwalk in downtown Naperville was really nice and especially it's proximity to I 88 got to there from the Chicago in just under an hour. Also very close to so many good restaurants and activities. Breakfast was 7/10 having variety and being very clean. Also Parking lot is pretty big.
Negatives:
It seemed to have a lot of outdated furniture, broken table,(fell in middle of night) toilet that kept running and one of the nightstands had some sort of petroleum jelly right under and around the lamp. Bartender was a little rude.

Positives:
The location was convenient. We liked the happy hour and breakfast. It was nice to have two rooms in our suite.
Negatives:
There seemed to be maintenance issues with the hotel. The elevators only worked part of the time and there were no signs indicating if they were working or not so we found ourselves waiting unnecessarily. The stairs were not easily accessible (located outside the hotel), there were no signs for the stairs (what if there is an emergency??) and no door handles to get back into the hotel on each floor from the stairs if the elevators stop working. The door to our room was very difficult to open and would get stuck. We reported this problem to the staff and they did not address the problem. The breakfast was poorly organized with a long unnecessary line for those who do not want custom eggs/omelette. The hotel needs to be updated with some worn furniture in the lobby and the staff needs to be trained to deal with issues as they arise.

My family had a very nice stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool area and comfortable space. . Staff was very attentive and happy to help.

Not really a complaint but when we got into our room there were only a few towels and no washcloths. Called to the front desk and they brought more up within 15 mins. Overall great staff and service.
